Flavor Profile: Ginger + Lime 

Our take on one of the unofficial classic cocktails of Bermuda starts with the bold flavor of ginger balanced by a refreshing dose of lime, finished with the effervescence of seltzer. 

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz Sailor's Storm Cocktail Mix with 2 oz Dark rum. Fill shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with 2 oz cold seltzer and garnish with a fresh lime wheel.
