Flavor Profile: Cedar + Maple + Citrus
For our fall release, we really wanted to do a cocktail with a Canadian vibe, so knew it had to contain maple syrup! That part was easy, but how else could we challenge ourselves to create a distinctly Canadian vibe in a glass?
To tie this cocktail together, we decided to go coast to coast and pick up a flavor from the West - cedar. The subtle cedar infusion gives this cocktail the distinctly Canadian vibe we were looking for. Pure maple syrup representing the terroir of the East while bright, woody notes from the cedar infusion represent the West.

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz Whiskey, 2 oz West Coast Sour Cocktail Mix and one egg white. Dry shake to develop foam. Fill shaker with ice and shake until cold. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
