Angel's Share Cocktail Co produces hand bottled craft cocktail mixes, allowing you to create quality cocktails and spirit free cocktails at home. We proudly produce our cocktail mixes in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Winnipeg is located on Treaty No. 1 the original lands and waters of Anishinaabe, Ininiwak, Anishininiwak, Dakota, and Dene peoples, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation.
What if Cocktail Mixes Were Actually Good?
Some cocktail mixes deserve the bad reputation they have (we're looking at you, the 1 L bottle of sickly sweet, 26 ingredient margarita mix from the big box store that never seems to expire and only costs $5.99!). But that doesn't mean all cocktail mixes have to cut corners, costs and quality (and give you heartburn).
That's why we're here. To combine real ingredients, bottled by hand with an attention to detail that you would expect from your favorite cocktail bar. If you start with quality, you'll sip quality.
No Tall Tales or Legends
See here's the thing. The spirits industry loves tall tales and epic stories to sell the product. A long lost book of recipes, a certain rickhouse that gets just the right amount of sun, ingredients picked by hand in far-away places.
We're just a small local company that hand bottles a pretty damn fine mix in a tiny commercial kitchen in a quiet neighborhood in beautiful Winnipeg MB.
We've taken our brand to international heights, not based on our story; but our quality.

A Menu That Challenges What a Cocktail Mix Can Be
We created our brand around one key concept - to let our customers bring the cocktail bar experience into their homes.
This meant creating a menu that wasn't fixed, but focused on evolving flavors, styles, temperatures and textures.
We will always maintain a handful of Classics and Original cocktails, but you'll also see our menu rotate throughout the year. In the spring we'll focus on lighter, low ABV cocktails that feature various fruits and vegetables that are bursting with flavor during the spring and summer months.
As the days get longer and warmer, our menu will feature more playful cocktails with a distinct tropical theme. Quaffable drinks that are best enjoyed with company, sun and laid-back vibes.
As the leaves turn, we focus on comforting flavors - apples, plum, pear, chocolate and baking spice. Our cocktails remain light hearted and easy to enjoy during the fleeting moments of summer.
Ah winter. A Winnipeg winter at that. The perfect time for joyous and celebratory cocktails that warm the soul and take the mind off the plumetting temperatures outside. A flowing punch bowl or a steaming mug are central themes of our satisfying, decadent and festive winter collection.
Before long we will return to those light, low ABV cocktails again.
