This classic Tiki cocktail walks the line between juicy and fruity and bitter, especially if you add the recommended 1/2 oz of Campari. Pineapple and lime are propped up by the rich flavor of dark rum in this easy summer sipper.
Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz Jungle Bird Cocktail Mix with 2 oz of your favorite dark Rum and 1/2 oz Campari. Fill shaker with ice and shake until properly aerated and chilled. Strain into a chilled snifter filled with ice. Garnish with a bouquet of mint and a lime wedge.
