Flavor Profile: Cinnamon + Lime + Grapefruit
Those who know the Zombie know...
This heavy hitter is up to the task of hiding a recommended 4 ounces of various rums. Grapefruit is the predominant flavor, but is rounded out by our tiki syrup which introduces hints of ginger, lime zest, allspice, cinnamon and anise.
To keep up with tradition, we recommend only a single Zombie per sitting!
Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz Zombie Cocktail Mix with 1.5 oz Aged Rum, 1.5 oz Column Still Aged Rum & 1 oz Overproof Rum. Fill shaker with ice and shake until properly aerated and chilled. Pour contents into a tiki mug & add more ice. Garnish with a bouquet of mint.
